Privacy Policy

Summary

Roach Republic plays fully offline. There are no accounts and no logins, and we run no servers of our own. We don't collect your name, email or other personal details. Your progress is saved only on your device (and in your phone's own backup, if you have that turned on).

What the game stores on your device

Your progress, scores, settings and achievements, saved on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes them. You can also wipe them any time in Settings > Save Data > Reset all progress.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect:

• device identifiers such as your advertising ID,
• approximate location derived from your IP address,
• information about ad interactions and app diagnostics.

See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

To learn which levels are too hard and to fix crashes, the game uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. They receive anonymous gameplay events (for example: level started, level cleared, time taken, which perk was picked) and crash reports (device model, OS version, the game state at the time of the crash), tied to a random app-instance ID, not to your name or account. Nothing is sent before the consent step (where it applies) has been completed. You can turn this off any time: Settings > Privacy > Usage statistics & crash reports. See Firebase privacy information.

Your choices

• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent before ads are personalized. You can change your choice any time: Settings > Privacy > Ad privacy options.
• You can reset or turn off personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
• Rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch one. The game is fully playable without ever watching one.

Children

Roach Republic is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here and in the game, with a new effective date.
